Due to continuing business success and growth we are currently recruiting for an experienced Credit Controller to join our Finance team in Taunton on a full time basis. Working 37.5 Hours per week, Monday to Friday.

What will I be responsible for?

As a Credit Controller you will act as a point of contact for our Customers and liaising with colleagues out on site to ensure payments are received in accordance with our Company terms. A good rapport with staff at external sites is essential in ensuring customer satisfaction and service retention.

Your additional responsibilities will include:
  • Chasing payment from customers by telephone, e-mail or any other appropriate means.
  • Dealing with copy invoice requests from depots and customers.
  • Liaising with our colleagues and sites to progress prompt payment of invoices
  • Logging invoice queries, and where required, assist with their resolution.
  • Working as part of a team to ensure the smooth and efficient running of the department.
The ideal Credit Controller:
  • Computer literate with a high level of keyboard accuracy.
  • Ability to build a great working relationships with our customers
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • A confident and professional telephone manner.
  • Ability to work effectively as a part of a team.
  • Efficient organisational skills.
In return for your hard work as our Credit Controller, you can expect to receive a salary of £17,500 Per Annum with a range of benefits.
