Are you a talented customer service professional? Looking to start the new year within an exciting and fast paced organisation?

Due to the continued success of our 24/7 operation we are looking to recruit to a number of our Contact Centre Advisor roles based at our Exeter offices. 

Working as a member of our team, you will be responsible for identifying each caller’s query and wherever possible, resolving it during the first point of contact.  Where it is unable to be resolved, you will escalate through to the correct business support unit.  Drawing upon your proven customer service experience you will ensure that all parties are kept up to date with progress and ensure that our systems are updated accordingly.

Our service operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week so you will be flexible and able to commit to covering a rotating shift pattern.

About you

You will be passionate about delivering a first class customer service and will join us with proven telephone based customer service experience.  You always ensure high levels of attention to detail and will be a confident user of Microsoft Office.
