Are you an experienced support worker whose enthusiasm and commitment ensures your customers receive the right support in getting and managing a home and helping with finances, health, training, education and employment? Can you work with a high degree of autonomy and manage support plans without close supervision from others? Are you computer literate in using Microsoft word, excel, email and the internet?
Support Worker - Partnership – Maternity cover up to 6 months
30 hours per week
£17,515.67 - £18,732.70 per annum/pro rata
