- Monday to Thursday 9:00am -5:00pm, Fridays 9:00am - 4:00pm
- Temporary, on-going

We are looking for a Technical Office Administrator to join our busy client on the outskirts of Tiverton. The main purpose of the role is to maintain a high level of customer service at all times and ensuring accurate processing of administrative tasks.


- Accurately process customer orders to processing target times.
- Preparing and sending quotations.
- Allocate and despatch completed job sheets.
- Prepare customer documentation.
- Prepare and organise shipping using hauliers, carriers or collections.
- Sort outgoing mail, allocating correct payment and documentation.
- First point of call on the telephone.
- Inputting enquiries, customers and distributor customers onto ERP and CRM.
- Daily back-up.
- Co-ordinating with other departments.
- Processing Goods Returns.
- Assisting the Marketing Team by preparing and updating documentation.

Key skills and qualification requirements:

- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word and Excel.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy is essential.
- Highly organised and flexible.
- Ability to multitask.
- Must be able to complete projects with limited supervision.
- Good grade GCSE / similar qualifications in English and Mathematics.

We are looking for a candidate with extensive office experience in a similar role, ideally within a manufacturing or engineering company. The right candidate will be able to understand and communicate complex information from technical sheets. Transport would be an advantage due to unfriendly public transport times.
