Our client is a well-established market leading a Global Tyre Manufacturer. They are a company whose products and recognised as a premium product. As part of their continued growth and success they are looking to appoint a Business Development Manager to develop the replacement tyre sales throughout the South West and Wales of the UK.

As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for the sale and development of the company's Tyres to National and Regional Tyre dealers within your designated territory.

You will be responsible for your own individual target, ensuring you hit set target and further develop the company turnover selling into a customer base including Regional and National Tyre dealers and Service Providers, so working to a target is something you will be familiar with.

You will assume personal responsibility for planning, development and growth of future Key Accounts, to maintain, develop and expand the company's portfolio range within these accounts. Developing a business plan and initiatives that will maximise the business potential of the region is crucial.

Key accountabilities will include:

- Assess territory potential and realistic market share responsibilities.
- Together with your Sales Director, you will develop and agree your regions targets, together with agreed pricing and margins.
- Work with your team/customers to achieve all KPI's.

Person Specification:

The ideal candidate will be an experienced Sales Professional possessing a proven track record of success selling Tyres to regional and national Tyre dealers.

The successful candidate will be self-motivated, enthusiastic, determined, will be organised, have a flexible and 'hands on' approach to work and be able to communicate and represent the company at all levels in a structured, dynamic and professional fashion.
