Sales Account Manager Development of Existing Accounts
Our client is seeking to employ an experienced Sales Account Manager on a full time permanent basis. The position will involve working Monday-Friday 09:00-17:30 with a basic salary of £18,500 and on target earnings of £27,750. Other benefits include a generous 33 days holiday per year (including bank holidays), company pension, health insurance and a great bonus scheme. The role will primarily be office based in Teignmouth although occasional travel will be required when meeting with clients (company pool car provided), therefore a full driving licence and the willingness to occasionally travel is essential. As a Sales Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing the companies existing accounts/clients with the aim of increasing revenue through effective up and cross selling of the associated services that the business offers. You will be making volume outbound calls to your allocated client base of approximately 200-300 business accounts and will establish a regular call pattern to maximise sales. You will be resolving any queries raised from these accounts and providing client training on products and services where required. Experience of working within a fast paced and high volume B2B Sales Role (either internal or external) or Sales Account Management role for a minimum of 12 months is required. You will be a well organised sales person that is able to organise your own workload, be confident using the telephone and be able to stay focused and determined even after the toughest of calls.
