About You As a Regional Delivery Team Manager, you'll manage and lead a team of Assessors & Learner Recruitment Consultants ensuring delivery of training and assessments are meeting GPSTL standards. The Role To manage and mentor your team, ensuring delivery of training is to standard and generating excellent achievement rates & starts performance within set timescales. To be successful in this role you will Previous experience leading & managing a team within an Apprenticeship programme setting Have a background as an Assessor Strong people management Proven ability to think on your feet and work well under pressure Effective time management skills Possess strong face to face and telephone communication expertise Have excellent social and interpersonal skills Be used to working within a target driven environment Ideally you will have Level 4 Management qualification as well as QCF Level 3 or above NEBOSH/IOSH would be desirable Due to the nature of the role, you must have a UK full driving licence and access to a vehicle
