Working within a firm of accountants, my client requires an experienced General Administrator capable of adapting to an accounts environment and a multi-faceted role.
· Dealing with client enquiries, face to face, telephone and e mail.
· Handling of all incoming post
· Booking Jobs in
· Chasing up missing client information
· Assisting in payroll processing
· Updating of information utilising internal packages and Excel
· Experience within an Administration role
· Knowledge of Excel and basic formulas
· Ability to multi task
· Excellent communication skills at all levels
