Our client, a leader in business support services is seeking to appoint a Receptionist to join their
expanding team

Duties include:
Providing a first point of contact for incoming telephone calls and visitors.
Directing calls to the relevant department
Logging all calls on the in-house CRM system creating job tickets
Data entry
Use of Word and Excel

Previous experience in a similar role is desirable
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Good IT skills

Salary and benefits:
Basic salary £15000
20 days' holidays plus bank holidays

Hours of work:
9.00am - 5.30pm Monday - Friday
