Software Integration Analyst
Location: Exeter, Devon
Salary: Negotiable, dependent on experience + bonus & benefits.

This role would ideally someone with some coding experience (SQL ideally or C, C# etc) who is looking for a customer facing role. You will assist both existing and potential new customers with the integration of the clients solutions into customers' systems.

Key to the continued success of this is the close working relationships with all customers and high quality integration of the clients solutions into their systems. This job exists to ensure that they continue to support current customers, and ensure that they get the best from solutions, as well as bringing on new customers by providing high quality integration and technical account management support in both the pre and post sales stages.

Experience / Background / Skills Required:
Applicants will have software or business analyst experience gained in a complex IT project environment, with specific involvement in understanding customer requirements and delivering against these in a dynamic and innovative fashion. Additionally, the individual will have presentation and planning skills coupled with a proven ability to build and consolidate customer relationships.
The jobholder must have a significant track record of success within a commercial environment. A confident and enthusiastic team player with excellent communication and business skills will thrive in this role. Essentially this is a delivery focused role and the ability to define and deliver high quality integration of our drug data file is imperative. The willingness and availability to travel nationally (or internationally if focus is on international customers) is an essential requirement for this job.
As this is a customer facing role it is expected that the employee will have good interpersonal skills and be able to represent the company in a positive manner.

You will be an IT professional ideally with at least 2 years analysis experience as well as some hands on coding experience (ideally SQL, C or C# but client will look at other disciplines).
