Are you a confident, tenacious, and proven new business developer? If you are, we'd love to speak to you! This is a truly brilliant opportunity for you to become a key member of an exciting new division within an established and respected KBB manufacturer.

Working for this key supplier of state-of-the-art bathroom furniture, you will be tasked with building and furthering business relationships with high-end bathroom retailers, with a view to offering a unique proposition to add to their portfolio.

You will be part of a professional family run business with strong company values which have helped create a warm, friendly, and effective working environment. The owners of the company take pride in ensuring each of their employees feels valued and has input in key decisions. Responsibilities of the role

- As this is a new division, you will predominantly be tasked with building and developing new business from scratch.
- Targeting high end luxury dealers only, you will seek to grow your account base with no more than 75-100 dealers.
- You will continually promote the business to increase brand awareness.
- You will work strategically with clients by having a clear strategy on how to grow and develop each account base.
- You will consistently generate new leads and maintain a robust pipeline.

Required Skills and Experience

- A proven track record of building strong relationships with retail showrooms, bathroom specialists and boutique bathroom retailers.
- Experience in winning and managing new business from scratch.
- Previous experience of sales within the bathroom industry would be a fantastic advantage.
- The successful applicant will be someone with strong commercial acumen - one who recognises and acts on opportunities to develop business in a highly competitive environment.
- The successful individual should have excellent written and verbal skills, and Excel and PowerPoint skills are a pre-requisite.
- Confident, self-motivated, organised and a great team player.
