B2B Telesales Executive/ Business Development Representative Devon £18,000 - £22,000 per annum Bonus (OTE £28,000 per annum) Enthusiastic and sales driven candidates required to join a successful Digital organisation with an outstanding working culture. Day to day responsibilities will include: ·Identifying and researching prospects to target within relevant market sectors. ·Using intelligent questioning techniques to gain understanding of the clients' goals and challenges ·Confidently talking about the company's product portfolio and their benefits at a high level. ·Using multiple tools and online portals to gain a clear understanding of the client's business and stakeholders. The successful candidate will have, the ability to make high volumes of cold calls to prospective clients and build instant rapport. The ability to carry out detailed research on target markets and identify and shortlist opportunities. Resilience, tenacity and a commitment to achieving results alongside the Capability of understanding complex organisational structures and identifying decision makers. Experience with Salesforce CRM and an understanding of digital marketing are desirable but not essential. Existing Sales experience is not necessarily required. Applicants MUST have excellent interpersonal skills, and a work hard, play hard mentality.
