- Accounts Manager - Office Manager - Office & Accounts Specialist - Finance Specialist - Accounts assistant About Company Harbron Home Improvements (HHi) are a family run, specialist Home Improvements Company based in the South West. Our expertise is fitting and installing resin drives, paths and patios, artificial grass or astro turf and decking as well as carrying out fence erection, general maintenance and applying house coatings. Based in Newton Abbot we undertake projects across Devon, Cornwall, Somerset and Dorset. About Role We are looking for an organised, self-motivated person who is keen to work within a growing business. Must be organised and able to meet deadlines and manage their workloads effectively. Preferably has 3 years' experience as an accounts assistant in an industry based role. Must work well within a team and be flexible with their day to day role. Key skills and responsibilities: processing of day to day financial transactions, including but not limited to purchase ledger, sales ledger, bank reconciliations providing a support service by working with all departments and the management team ensuring spending is kept in line with the budget liaising with other staff to on the financials and accounts Can work with Sage payroll - preferable Good knowledge of Sage 50 accounts - necessary Good working knowledge of Microsoft office (in particular Microsoft excel) Qualifications - ACA/ACCA qualified Are you: - Hard working - A good time manager - Career minded - Flexible - Tenacious - A good communicator - Focused - Professional - Reliable - Energetic - A team player - Accountable - Organised - Commercially Aware - Excellent Interpersonal Skills - Financially aware
