Based from our Property Management Centre, this exciting and varied role will see the successful candidate building excellent customer relationships with Landlords, tenants and contractors alike. You will be providing a service for a Landlord through methodical Inventories, Check In, Check Out Inspections and Property Visits. You will display excellent communication and administration skills and must be able to demonstrate you can offer a premium level of customer service. A keen eye for detail and excellent negotiation skills are essential as you will be responsible for identifying and resolving maintenance issues throughout the lifecycle of a tenancy. This role requires an enthusiastic team member, with a passion for property, who is able to multi-task as well as work well under pressure, whilst maintaining a high level of customer service and accuracy. Previous lettings experience is an advantage though not essential as full training will be provided to the successful candidate.
