Exciting New National Account Manager Opportunity to join leading manufacturers of UK produced hand finished cakes, puddings and desserts Client Details One of the country's leading manufacturers of UK produced hand finished cakes, puddings and desserts. Suppliers to caf├ęs, restaurants and pubs across the UK; recently they have begun exporting to a large cafe chain across Europe and have plans to expand into China in 2017. The company employs 400 people , producing more than three million slices of cake a week. Description The National Account Manager is principally responsible for managing the businesses key clients across wholesale and buying groups whilst developing and implementing the agreed customer plan to ensure that business objectives are achieved. As National Account Manager you will maximise value sales and profitability, through a business plan approach and proactively challenge the business way of working to help develop and drive positive change. As an ambassador you will keep the business at the forefront of their market position, whilst working with the NPD team to develop new product range in line with customer needs. This is an exciting opportunity for a sales professional from the FMCG industry to join a sustainable, growing and creative business and develop their national account management experience. Profile Key requirements: - National Account Experience - Demonstrable track record within FMCG environment - Strong Customer service background - Ideally with wholesale account management experience - Target-driven, self-motivated, tenacious, professional - Natural people management skills - An effective influencer at all levels - Strong Communication skills - Clean Driving Licence - Able to commute to Taunton head office Job Offer Competitive Basic plus Package (including bonus)
