We are seeking a full time Sales & Digital Marketing Executive to join our team. This is an exciting time while we increase our digital marketing activities. You will also be a full time sales consultant while splitting the role to support the digital marketing Manager.

This role is suitable for a variety of applicants with differing aspirations - motivated young persons (graduate or non-graduate) with ambition, enthusiasm and humour or a more mature individual with experience and personality.

Ideal Technical Skills and Abilities

  • Knowledge of social networking, forums and blogs.
  • Excellent knowledge of searching for information online.
  • Able to work on multiple projects with tight deadlines.
  • A true team player with a 'can do', flexible approach to your work.
  • Someone who keeps up to date with industry news and developments.
  • Sourcing and managing key website and digital content as agreed against website content strategy. (product addition, photography & film images,)
  • Achieve and surpass your personal sales targets
  • Ability to multi-task between the two roles, and prioritise tasks.
  • Deliver truly exceptional customer experience to our clients, showcasing your excellent technical knowledge and developing relationships.
  • Ensure that our store and products are presented to the highest standards
  • Duties will include some administration and back office duties
  • Merchandising & window displays.
  • Have a lively outgoing attitude, passion for selling, excellent communication skills, ability to work within a team, and be able to develop rapport with people.

The ideal candidate will have:  (Full training will be provided)

  • Previous retail or customer service experience where you have delivered superior 1-2-1 customer experiences, (not essential)
  • Digital marketing experience or qualification.
  • Basic experience of SEO principles.
  • Experience of managing PPC either by yourself or through an agency.
  • Experience of working on digital projects.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Self-motivated and able to think on your feet, and work as part of a team.
  • Organised and flexible with the ability to adapt.
  • Competent with Excel and Google analytics.

Salary

  • Depending on experience.

Working Hours:

8.45am - 5.30pm Monday to Friday (with a day off in the week and some Saturdays off).
