Our client sources stunning properties from around the UK to provide customers with their dream holiday getaway. They are now looking for an Owner Account Manager to join their team.

As an Owner Account Manager, you'll be fulfilling a vital role in the expansion of our client's cottages program. Specifically, you will take charge of relationships with property owners in this sector and will ensure their requests are carried out with a high degree of accuracy and completed in collaboration with internal teams and suppliers.
Working closely with the Business Development Managers, you will aid in growing the portfolio of accounts and will be key to on-boarding new properties. You'll ensure targets are achieved, the online marketing content is accurate and the reservation system is working effectively.
This is an exciting and engaging role that will see you primarily working from our client's Exeter office but also undertaking some travel throughout the South-West to visit properties.

- Experience in a customer-focused role that has equipped you with the skills to deliver high levels of customer service at all times
- Experience of achieving targets in fast-paced environments
- A proven track record of using a range of online systems such as CRMs and CMS
- Strong level of numeracy and literacy

Highly communicative and commercially aware, as an Owner Account Manager, you'll need passion, focus, drive and great problem solving skills.
A working knowledge of MS Word and advanced knowledge of Excel would be beneficial to your application. A degree or strong present knowledge of the UK self-catering industry would also be advantageous, as would image editing skills and previous experience of spending periods of time away from home whilst remotely managing your workload.
Some experience of yield and/or pricing or revenue management would also be beneficial.
