Contract: Fixed term contract until 31st August 2019 (with possibility of extension subject to funding).

As Schools’ Mental Health Traniner you will be responsible for for supporting the professional development of teachers and non-teaching staff, and awareness of parents, carers, governors and pupils (the ‘whole’ school) on issues relating to emotional health and wellbeing in young people.

You will have experience of designing, delivering and evaluating high quality and evidence based training.  You will also have specialist knowledge of child and adolescent mental health and be educated to degree level.  With excellent organisational skills, and an aptitude for building and cultivating relationships across sectors, you will be committed to enabling whole school communities (staff, parents/carers and students), to feel confident about recognising and addressing early signs of emotional distress in young people.
