Drawing on your own educational background, you must have a passion for promoting student participation and a desire to deliver the best experience for our students.

Your work will range from arranging events such as Graduation Ball and Fresher’s activities to student representation on College Committees, from promoting health and wellbeing to supporting fundraising and volunteering.  Your track record will therefore demonstrate that you are extremely well-organised, capable of juggling a variety of different tasks simultaneously with the ability to prioritise and keep to deadlines.

You will be confident in speaking to students on a one-to-one level, as well as talking to larger groups and representing student issues at senior management level.  Previous experience of working in a Student Union is ideal, but not a pre-requisite.
