Bar & Restaurant Supervisor
The Bar & Restaurant Supervisor is part of the team responsible for managing the daily operations of our busy restaurant & bar.
If good food and great service are important to you, this is a role that could suit you well. To do this job, you will need the ability to manage staff and be comfortable working with figures.
You will need strong customer service skills to make sure that the restaurant & bar runs efficiently and that customers are satisfied with the quality of food and service they receive. You will be part of a team working with others to make a great dining experience. Being a team player is essential.
Experience of bar and restaurant work is essential, but training in all aspects of the trade will be provided. Supervisors are expected to gain their Personal License as well as completing Door Supervisory and First Aid courses, whilst becoming proficient in Cellar Management.
This is a full time position of approximately 40 hours per week over 5 days, straight shifts, starting salary of £8.50 per hour. Accommodation is available if required.
