An Office Administrator is required to join a South Somerset based Sports Event Fulfilment Company. There are 3 mains divisions to the company: Event Management, Race Timing and Online Registration & Club Membership.

They are seeking a new team member to act as an Office Administrator.

This company have set themselves an aggressive growth strategy, with new products, brands and services coming online in the very near future. Their technology platform will be best in class.

They work primarily with Running, Triathlon and Cycling event organisers, but expect this to expand into new sports areas too.

They are seeking a highly motivated, organised and committed Office Administrator to help the company meet its day to day activities.

Key Skills:
- Great communicator, both written and verbal
- Professional telephone manner
- Excellent IT Skills
- Full and clean driving license
- Flexible in your outlook to the working day. The successful candidate will be required to fulfil a variety of roles

Role & Responsibilities
- Answer office phone
- Customer Service & Support, including client liaison
- Procurement, including event supplies (race numbers, etc.) & office stationery
- Event material fulfilment (including preparing race packs for posting)
- HR support, including managing the office calendar, holiday, TOIL etc.
- Some weekend work will be required to assist at timing events (overtime rates applicable)

Working hours and Salary
- The role is to be Part Time, minimum 20 hours per week, over 5 days
- The job offers £8 per hour
