Applications are invited for the position of Office Manager in a well established professional business - shortly due to relocate from Dorchester to North Dorset.
We are seeking a confident and experienced person to manage and develop the day to day administrative duties of the business, the ideal candidate should be experienced in all aspects of administration and fit in well as a 'team player' with colleagues.
You should be fully conversant with Sage Line 50 Accounts, Excel & Word - duties will include:-
Administration - Managing/prioritising admin work including hands-on duties involving answering incoming calls, processing supplier and customer orders, courtesy calls + administrative duties to support Partners and colleagues.
Sage Accounts - Raising invoices + Goods Receiving/stock movement/auditing
Excel Reporting - Preparing and auditing customer reports.
This position will be varied and interesting and is an excellent opportunity for a suitably experienced person to further their career.
Salary is negotiable depending on experience.
