This post represents an exciting opportunity to provide support to the office of the School Executive Committee of Keele University’s School of Medicine in the Faculty of Medicine and Health Sciences. Working within a small team you will provide a comprehensive support service to the Executive Committee including diary management, organising and taking notes at meetings, arranging hospitality and travel and dealing with general enquiries.

You will possess GCSEs at grades C or above including English Language and Maths, or equivalent qualifications or significant relevant work experience in an administrative role, AND either NVQ Level II Business Admin, Clait Plus/RSA II or equivalent. Previous experience of organising meetings/events is essential along with excellent communication skills and the ability to plan and prioritise own workloads. You will also have the ability to establish good working relationships with people at all levels.
