Our client is an award-winning, privately owned 17th century hotel, situated in a superb location in the heart of Dartmouth. They are currently seeking a Sous Chef to join their team.
They are looking for someone who is passionate about food and a great manager. They want someone who can help support their head chef and will teach and inspire the kitchen team.
This is an amazing opportunity to join the team at an iconic venue. Along with a salary of up to £24,000 per annum, there are numerous other benefits including; free staff meals whilst on duty, a 3% employers pension contribution, plus subsidised accommodation within walking distance of the hotel with all bills included and free wifi (at a total cost of just £75 per week!)
Our client is a busy 24 bedroom hotel serving food from 8am to 10pm 364 days a year. They serve food in both their busy bars and also their AA Rosette Grill Room restaurant. They also cater for a large number of outdoor catering events throughout the year.
