THE ROLE After completion of a four week training programme you will be working within a vibrant, exciting and competitive call centre environment as a Sales Executive, where you will be making outbound calls to potential clients to offer EMCAS's claims management service. This is a target driven role where commission is paid upon achieving your set, realistic weekly/monthly targets. IS IT FOR YOU? Are you persuasive and resilient with outstanding communication skills? THE SALARY & HOURS Monday to Thursday 11.00am to 8.00pm Friday 11.00am to 7.00pm (Early Finish) No weekends Starting Basic Salary:£15,210 (£14,298 Under 25). Rising to £15,759.32 after completion of probation period - c.4 months) Sales Progression Scheme Basic Salary Reviews: Month7: £17,000 Month8: £18,000 Month12: £20,000 Commission: Uncapped Commission paid monthly with realistic average earning of £260 - £2,000 per month.
