This is an extremely varied and hands on role where you will have the opportunity to get involved in all aspects of store life. Leading by example and delivering world class customer service through your team will be key to your success. Working closely with your Store Manager you will be involved in recruiting, coaching, developing and performance managing the colleagues in your store. You must have previous people management & sales experience. You will be self motivated to drive your own learning and development and be target driven. What can we offer you?
