Mitrem Recruitment are currently seeking an Invoicing Clerk to join one of our specialist clients in the Callington area for a Temporary to Permanent contract.

We are seeking administration candidates who are experienced in the following duties:

*Using bespoke computer systems and packages

*Able to confidently deal with clients over the telephone

*Organising and Filing invoices in line with guidelines

*Able to be proactive in your approach to work and problem solve

*Liaising with various departments

*Updating files

*Data entry

*Sending out and processing invoices

Your skill set and experience for this Administration role will include:

*Outstanding attention to detail

*High accuracy

*Confident when talking on the phone

*Proven background in customer service

Hours: Monday - Friday 8:45 -5:30

Salary: GBP18,000 - GBP18,500 DOE
