Haywards Kitchen at Saltford Golf Club is looking for a sous chef to join their team. The role offers an estimated 45-50 hours a week with two consecutive days off, straight shifts and two evenings off a week. You must have at least 2 years experience working in a busy kitchen and be confident in working independently and directing staff.
Haywards Kitchen is a small independent catering company that operates day to day at Saltford Golf Club. We provide a breakfast and daily bar menu as well as banquet style dinners for up to 160 covers, buffets, afternoon teas, themed dinners BBQ's, the list is endless. Someone with a well rounded & varied knowledge of food would be desirable. You will work closely alongside the owner and head chef who has over 20 years experience in the industry.
