Sales Consultant (Financial Services) An exciting opportunity to work for one of the UKs largest Property Chains, we are currently looking for a motivated Customer Service/Sales consultant to join our team at our Financial Services Headquarters in Exeter City Center. Based at: Northernhay Place, Exeter. Salary: £15,000 Basic £20,000 OTE. Full Time/Permanent Role Purpose: (Sales Consultant (Financial Services)) The Sales Consultant will be responsible for contacting our current Mortgage Clients who have come to the point of renewal, the successful candidate will contact the client and arrange a date and time for them to go into our local Estate Agency branch to discuss the new terms of their mortgage with our Financial Advisor. Good Customer Service skills and a tenacity to achieve targets on a daily basis is essential in any candidate for the role. Working on an telesales team, the successful candidate will be responsible for maximising Financial Services Appointments from leads generated by the LSL group. Selling the service of the Financial Consultants. Reports to: Lead Generation Team Manager - Tracey Pym 1st Floor Relationships: Working on a team of 10 staff, the candidate will be required to build good relationships with new customers & your team members, but also with external 3rd party customers. Internal staff relationships to include estate agency staff and financial consultants. Competencies: - Proven sales record - Self-motivated and pro-active to achieve daily targets - Objection handling - Adherence to processes and service standards - Knowledge and/or understanding of Insurance /Mortgages/ Financial Services / Estate Agency - Good Oral Communication Skills / Excellent Telephone Manner - Broad IT Experience Target: To maximise on appointments. - Minimum of 7 appointments daily - Requiring between 75-100 inbound/ outbound calls daily Key Responsibilities: - Offer all services at every opportunity - Ensure all new leads are attempted within the timescales laid down for individual campaigns. - Ensure all customer information if recorded accurately on all systems. - Proactively use the diary system to ensure appropriate leads followed up, thereby maximising potential appointments.
