IT & Business Change Recruiter - South West

Sanderson, RSG, Bristol

We are looking for a permanent Recruitment Consultant to join our South West team, specialising in IT & Business Change. This is an opportunity to be involved in the full cycle recruitment process, but without the pressure of cold calling and rigid KPIs. The focus is on developing valuable relationships with your customers and providing high quality recruitment solutions through the delivery of excellent service and candidate management.

You will be coming onto a warm desk with an impressive portfolio of clients to leverage, as well as an extensive candidate database to utilise. There is an emphasis on business development in this role but it is approached with strategic market intelligence, as opposed to smashing the phones for the sake of hitting targets! You will not be chained to your desk in a 'boiler room' environment. You will be encouraged to go out and meet your customers and candidates face to face from the very beginning. For us it is about building partnerships with clients and candidates, with a focus on the wider and longer term picture rather than the immediate sale.

You will have a specific vertical market to focus on, becoming an expert in your field and making it easier to build up a network of connections. It is a relaxed but high performing environment, with a supportive and cohesive team structure and great relationships across the whole business. You will be given the training and ongoing guidance that you need, with a scope to develop your desk in your own way.

We are looking for ambitious recruiters who have the drive and enthusiasm to develop themselves and progress within our organisation. An IT and Business Change recruitment background is not essential, we are happy to train people coming from any different sector as long as you share our view on how great recruitment should work. We want to see a strong work ethic, a passion for recruitment and the skills to both develop client relationships and provide a stellar candidate experience.
