We have a new and unique opportunity within our RPO business, for a consultant to join our Operations Delivery team, where they will have exclusive access to vacancies, with no supplier competition and no sales or business development. The key focus will be providing a high quality service to established clients, as well as sourcing and managing candidates through the end to end process.
We provide a range of resourcing solutions to our clients, one of which is an RPO (Recruitment Process Outsourcing) service through which we take full ownership of all vacancies across the entire client business.
In this role, you will maintain and develop our partnership with client businesses, keeping in regular contact with hiring managers to understand their requirements and provide an efficient and effective process through delivering the best candidates.
What we are looking for
You need to have come from a recruitment background, with experience of dealing with clients, sourcing candidates and managing them through the process to delivery.
The clients in our RPO division are predominantly within Financial Services, in particular Pensions & Insurance firms, so we are looking for someone with experience within that sector. The specific roles that you will be recruiting for will be Sales Managers and Account Executives so an understanding of those disciplines is also necessary.
The key element in this role is relationships - both with clients and candidates, so communication skills and professional credibility are paramount. On the client side, you will need to understand their business and resourcing requirements and ensure you are able to meet their expectations in terms of service and delivery, as well as acting on a business advisory level to guide them through the hiring process. You will also need to develop a network of candidates through researching the market, making direct approaches and building connections.
