Junior Accounts Administrator
If you enjoy working in accounts and have excellent admin and numeracy skills you may want to consider this opportunity to build upon your accounts experience. Job Responsibilities: - Responding to and solve customer disputes on unpaid invoices regarding returned goods. - Pro-actively correspond with customers regarding the return of product, e.g. ensure goods are packed correctly and the approved courier/carrier is used. - Logging of all stock adjusting returns into to their systems. - Arrange collections on web-based carrier sites. - Liaising with warehouse / carriers with reference to return items. - Produce credit notes within the Sage 1000 system on return of stock - Receive telephone calls from customers, ensuring all calls are dealt with in a friendly and professional manner - Contact customers via various forms of communication (Telephone/email/fax) in order to facilitate returns - Responsible for raising claims and credits. - Actively manage workflow to ensure that credits and collections are processed in a timely manner. Preferred Skills: - Possess excellent communication skills with a confident, pleasant telephone manner. - Numerate - able to use maths skills on a daily basis. - Be a team player with the ability to work independently. - Have accurate keyboard skills and experience of data entry. - Maintaining a high level of service in a demanding and challenging environment. - Be able to multitask and rise to a challenge. - Have proven customer service skills. - Be enthusiastic with a desire to strive towards continuous improvement. - Be IT literate, with good MS Office and CRM skills, training will be given as necessary. - Have the ability to work to set standards and procedures. Be able to work in an organised and methodical manner. - Have a willingness to learn. - Be educated to a good standard. - Basic mathematical ability essential.
