We have an excellent opportunity based with our client in Highbridge Somerset, they are looking for a pro-active, self-motivated person to join their busy team.

You will need all the following essential skills in order to be considered for this role:

*Background must reflect office management
*Ability to prioritise your own workload and the workload of the team
*Able to juggle a heavy workload
*Experience in dealing with people on all levels
*Excellent customer service skills
*Telephone manner should be both confident and professional
*Your own transport due to the location
*Experience in working with KPI as performance is monitored within the team

Job Purpose:

The main function of this role is managing a team to carry out the following roles in both a professional and timely manner.

To ensure that the office is run smoothly and that customers are given an excellent service from placement of order to delivery, by way of efficiently managing the office to make sure that all the necessary procedures are adhered to and carried out to an excellent standard at all times.

Key responsibilities and accountabilities of the team:
Despatch:

Internet orders - process
Printing labels
Arranging couriers
Despatch goods

Customer Service:

Information - keeping customer updated of progress of order
Communication - via both telephone and email
Complaints - empathy with the customer and to solve any complain in a quick and timely manner.

Marketing:

Listing products for sale on Ebay, Amazon, Tesco and other sites
Route Planning:

The company offer a home delivery service and as such the routes have to planned for deliveries to be carried out in an organised and coordinated fashion.

This is a busy role as it covers a large spectrum of skills and roles within the company. You will need to demonstrate your ability to juggle and prioritise your workload so that all the above criteria are covered on a daily basis.

Salary for this role will be GBP30,000 per annum.
