Do you have demonstrable administration experience in a fast paced environment? We have an exciting opportunity to work within a public sector organisation on a full time temporary basis. Are you looking for an Administration role with a varied workload? Do you have experience of working as Finance Administrator?


- Close to public transport links
- On site parking


- Data input of invoices and ensuring all invoices are certified correctly and inline with financial regulations
- Emailing remittance advice to suppliers
- Inputting repairs/purchase invoices onto a central database
- Inputting invoices
- General administration duties, including;
- Scanning
- Photocopying
- Filing
- Sorting


- Excellent numerical and literacy skills
- Good analytic and problem solving skills
- Excellent keyboard skills and the ability to work at quickly while maintaining a high level of accuracy
- Experience of using MS Application
- Awareness of Financial Regulations
- Clean drivers licence and access to your own transport
