This is an exciting opportunity to join an established travel insurance specialist on the outskirts of Exeter. They are looking for three dynamic and vibrant candidates to join there expanding team.

Our client is recruiting for experienced Customer Service Advisors / Administrators to join the friendly Customer Services Team. Working in a small inbound Contact Centre between 09:00 and 17:30 you'll be offering a range of holiday and travel insurance policies to customers over the telephone and supporting the policyholders who quote and buy online. You won't be asked to do any cold calling.

We specialise is travel insurance for the over 50's and people who can't get cover elsewhere due to their medical problems. Customers are located throughout the UK and into Europe. .

As a successful Customer Services Administrator you'll have an exceptional attention to detail, great communication skills and the desire to offer first class Customer service. You'll be PC literate, passionate and happy to handle 30+ telephone calls a day with some general administration duties. Call volumes are not targeted and owing to the nature of the business no two calls are the same.

Some scripts are used to ensure compliance with FCA regulation so you'll need excellent listening skills and attention to detail. The ability to act on your own and as part of a team are paramount.

We're based on Pynes Hill in Exeter, Devon and have plenty of parking, endless supplies of hot drinks, Wi-Fi, Private health insurance, life insurance and a pension. We're a subsidiary of an international insurance broker and offer 22 days holiday a year plus bank holidays and your birthday off. increasing with length of service. 40 hours per week and 1 in 4 Saturdays. Overtime is often available.
