Alternatively do you have a real aptitude for technical subjects and are you looking to get into a internal training role? If so then this new role for a technical trainer could be perfect for you. Due to continued expansion we are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic training professional to join an existing team to author and deliver technical training on both bespoke software, but also develop other non-technical courses for all internal teams. This will be to both new starters and also refresher and top up courses for established team members. The role will involve undertaking training needs analysis and maintaining accurate training records. The nature of the role means that you will need to have good IT skills, and be able to pick up new software quickly and easily. You will need a meticulous approach, be adaptable to change and have the ability to pay high attention to detail. You will need to listen to and interpret technical information accurately and be able to tailor your delivery to suit a technical or non-technical audience. The company are also willing to consider applications from individuals who have an aptitude for technical subjects who would like to progress their career in a training direction.
