Robert Half are recruiting for an experienced Accounts Assistant to join a manufacturing organisation based just outside Exeter. This is initially a 3 month temporary contract with a possibility of converting to a permanent placement as they are going through internal change. The Role Reporting into the Finance Manager, you will be responsible for processing supplier invoices, raising invoices, allocation of incoming cash and monthly reconciliation. You will have full responsibility for dealing with queries and reconciliation of bank accounts on a weekly basis. In addition you will be assisting with ad-hoc administrative tasks as required. Your Profile Previous experience in a similar role is essential. The role requires you to have strong excel (Pivot tables and Lookups) as well as a confident communication style. You will need to be well organised and able to work to deadlines.
