We are looking for someone with the necessary skills and experience to deliver an effective Facilities Management service that is robust, efficient and compliant with all the relevant legislation.
Working as part of our Regeneration & Development Team, you will ensure that office and staff facilities are fit for purpose. You will also be responsible for providing advice and support on property and land based processes within the organisation.
You must be health & safety minded, practical and well organised. Communication with others both inside and outside the Company is key to the success of this role. You will need to be flexible and able to respond to changing priorities quickly and positively.
