Legal Services Team Administrator

Location: Central Bristol

Salary: GBP17,000 - GBP18,000 pa

Due to continued success they are looking to recruit a Legal Services Team Administrator

The purpose of the role is to make sure the admin functions up to date providing support to the wider legal services team.

Duties:

  • Updating internal databases. Inputting new enquiries on to the system.
  • Arranging meetings with external partners and clients.
  • Create and maintain accurate records for each estate task completed.
  • Carry out Land Registry checks.
  • Maintain "Admin pipeline" to ensure clients are kept up to date.
  • Filing of documentation, ensuring filing systems are maintained.
  • Problem solving in relation to Will retrieval queries.

Experience required:

  • Strong organisation and time management skills.
  • Experience of working in a similar administrative role would be preferred but not essential
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word and Outlook.
