Sales Representative, Area Sales Manager, Territory Sales
The Company: - Worldwide provider of Aggregates for the construction and leisure industry - A leading Global brand, with the widest product range in any aggregates market. The Role: - A Sales Representative selling a wide range of aggregates from limestone to rock armour, sand and gravel, for projects ranging from Housing, Bridges & Schools to Highways, Walkways, parking lots, Airport runways & railways. Including, Drainage, Water filtration, purification and erosion control as well as, Golf courses, Horse racing tracks and other leisure facilities. - The Sales Representative will spend 60% of their time, selling direct to Sub-contractors at tender stage of the project, in all building markets, tracking the project through to award of contract. Once order is secured working with the internal distribution team who take receipt of order and deliver materials to site. - The other 40% their time will be focusing on developing and maintaining relationships with the key customer base of specialist builders merchants, in order to maximise sales opportunities. - The role of Sales Representative is 75% account management focused, but still requires the ability to identify and win new customers with a view to developing high profitable long term relationships. - This is very much a client facing role so will require the right Sales Representative to have the ability to converse, build and maintain relationships at all levels of responsibility at any point in the process of the sale, including after sales care, ensuring the highest level of customer focus in order to meet their Customer Service Promise and ultimately outperform the competition. - The target for this Sales Representative role will be based on a Price Per Tonnage with built in margin as opposed to volume and gross revenue. - The Sales Representative will be offered superb career progression within the specific company as they apply their ambitious growth plan. - Due to high levels of application unfortunately only successful applicants will be contacted.
