A Hotel Receptionist is required for a well-established Hotel that is part of a luxury group of hotels, throughout the UK. The Employer truly values its staff and offers fantastic benefits. The Hotel Receptionist will need to be flexible to working 5 days a week, which may include weekends and/or bank holidays. The individual must be confident dealing with people, organising individuals and providing excellent customer service. The successful candidate will ideally have experience working within a hotel or conference environment. Any experience using Opera or similar software would be highly advantageous. The Hotel Receptionist will report into the Head Receptionist and Office Manager. The Successful candidate will ensure consistently high standards in the aim of keeping guest care and satisfaction high. The position will involve handling queries, checking in and managing guests, providing full product knowledge and customer care at all times. The work will involve some early and late shifts, between the hours of 06:45 and 23:00. Dependant on the rota, weekend work will apply.
