THE ROLE Managing a team of Managers and Consultants to meet and exceed targets, the role will require proven ability of managing teams, sales and building strong client relationships. There is a network of 4 branches across Devon and Cornwall representing 3 established brands of the business, specialising in the Office; Education, Industrial and Driving sectors and offering permanent and temporary solutions. THE IDEAL CANDIDATE This is a key role within our senior management team and in addition to being an influential communicator, you will need to possess passion and commitment with a proven ability to drive new business as well as ensuring exceptional service delivery within a current customer base.
