Head of Digital Transformation
Head of Digital Transformation - NHS - Yeovil - £55,000-£75,000 High performing and innovative Trust with a well-defined and ambitious strategy has a requirement for a Head of Digital Transformation to deliver key aspects of the Trust's plans. They are leading the way in developing new care models and a new provider model which will deliver a more sustainable healthcare system, one which is focused on improving health outcomes for the population and delivering the savings to achieve this. Innovative use of technology is an essential aspect of this. Previous healthcare experience is desirable, however not essential. The successful candidate will be a change and transformation specialist with responsibility for delivering digitally enabled change initiatives and programmes delivering tangible benefits to the organisation. A large focus will be internal programmes such as their Digital EPR programme and 'Move to Digital' initiatives, however increasingly the focus will be on initiatives which link across into primary care and their innovative primary care business and programmes and system wide initiatives through the Sustainability and Transformation Plan.
