EXPERIENCED PHARMACEUTICAL SALES REPRESENTATIVES REQUIRED FOR NEWLY CREATED TERRITORY MANAGER VACANCIES - NEW TEAM BUILD Experienced pharmaceutical sales representatives required - must have strong primary care GP contacts on territory - last vacancies remaining as part of new team build - start ASAP Our client is UK based company is committed to medicines optimisation. It has sourced and developed a portfolio of medicines to help the NHS curb waste - across a range of conditions that currently place unnecessary and avoidable pressure on NHS resources. At a time when there is such pressure on the NHS to reduce costs they offer a real and practical solution. They work closely with stakeholders across the NHS to identify real-world problems, and develop value-based solutions that support the delivery of efficient and cost-effective healthcare. They are currently recruiting for experienced pharmaceutical sales representatives to sell a portfolio of branded generic medicines that promise significant savings to NHS organisations (and thus potential improvements to patient care) including an effervescent NSAID, an osmotic laxative and a chewable calcium/vitamin D product. Vacancies remain in the following geographical locations: SR 4284 South West Somerset SR 4285 Cambridge Working alongside the regional Health Service Manager (responsible for CCG level customers) you will be tasked with calling on healthcare professionals within primary care, secondary care and pharmacy environments in order to achieve the agreed territory activity on sales targets, by actively seeking and developing business opportunities locally across target accounts. On this occasion our client is seeking to recruit candidates who fulfill the following criteria: - Currently working (or recently worked) as a medical sales rep selling prescription only products within this geographical area - Possess strong working relationships with healthcare professionals at primary care level on the territory in question - unfortunately we will not be able to consider individuals considering relocation - Ideally already ABPI qualified (i.e. having at least 12 months pharma sales industry experience) - Eligible to work in the UK on a full time permanent basis - Hold a full UK driving licence (with 9 points or fewer). Following a one-stage interview process the successful applicants will be invited to commence employment as soon as they are available to do so. In return, you will be rewarded with a basic salary paid commensurate with experience and current remuneration (up to circa £33,000), company car (or opt out allowance of £450/month if preferred), pension, private healthcare, daily allowance plus comprehensive benefits package 23 days annual leave.
