A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Sales Account Manager to join a very successful and growing manufacturing company in Devon. We are looking for an enthusiastic, highly motivated candidate to maintain and expand relationships with existing customers whilst actively seeking new opportunities to develop the region and ensure commercial objectives are achieved. Based in Exeter but with regular European travel, the successful candidate will need to be experienced in Business Development and Account Management with fluency in French or Spanish and English. Responsibilities & Duties Target and identify new potential distributors and large end users Look after current customers, build business plans for growth Meet assigned targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives. Ensure all administration and customer information on the company systems is accurate and up to date Provide client feedback on new ideas and areas for product improvement. Be active in finding new avenues of business within the customer base Analyse the market to create a strategy to increase sales and expand the customer base. Key Skills Fluency in French or Spanish, both written and spoken. Strong communication skills and the ability to build relationships with a variety of customers Ability to work independently and as a team player Ability to understand the environment of manufacturer sales to distribution and what is essentially required to support our customers Capable of working in a high pressure environment and meeting deadlines Strong work ethic; self-directed and resourceful Proven sales experience with the ability to develop and manage the sales pipeline.
