Support Worker - Exeter
Westward Housing is a major housing association in the south west. As a developing landlord, we build new homes across the region, working in partnership with local authorities to rent homes to those in need. We have an exciting opportunity for a Support Worker at Bethany House, our Exeter young people’s support service, which delivers a high quality support service. You will work alongside a team of support staff and external agencies to provide a holistic, outcomes focussed service that recognises the individual journey of the people we work with. This role is for 37.5 hours per week and will work on a rota basis to include regular sleep ins, evening, weekend and bank holiday working Bethany House offers a high level of support due to the vulnerability and complex needs of the clients. By providing quality one to one support you will encourage, inspire, motivate and assist people to meet the outcomes and goals as set out in their support plan. You will have experience of working with people, either in a paid or voluntary capacity and an understanding of the difficulties facing disadvantaged people.
