Business Development Executive Exeter, EX4 4EP £18,000 per annum OTE Air Marketing Group is a start-up business in its first year of operation and is part owned by an Australian company, Forrest Marketing Group. We are an outsourced business development and marketing services including telemarketing & telesales, lead generation, event sales and email marketing. Due to continued success and growth, we are currently looking to recruit experienced Business Development Executive on either a part time or full time capacity to join our team based in Exeter. The Role As a Business Development Executive, you will use the phone, supported by emails, to sell our client’s services, generate sales leads and generate appointments for our clients. The position will require you to make cold calls to generate new sales opportunities. Our clients are varied and we run business development campaigns for a range of products and services including IT Services, Aviation Services, Education programmes, Business Services, Telecommunications, Recruitment, Marketing Services, Office Supplies, Property Management and many more. As a Business Development Executive, you will be required to work a minimum of 3 days per week, we operate from Monday to Friday exclusively. The Candidate To be considered for our Business Development Executive position, we are looking for candidates who have the following: Have proven experience in outbound B2B sales, telemarketing or telesales of at least 2 years Are confident, positive and enthusiastic Are happy to be on the phone, based in our Exeter office Are reliable and hard-working Possess great conversation skills and fantastic communication skills (both verbal and written) Are well organised and demonstrate attention to detail Can show competency in using Microsoft Office and a basic CRM Full training will be provided for the successful candidate.
