The Role Our client has an immediate requirement candidates interested in training to become an ACA accountant. This is a rewarding and challenging career and can open up a whole host of opportunities for you. The company is looking to train and develop graduates who could be future partners and leaders. A number of the company's senior managers and partners started their career as a trainee and have stayed throughout their working life. The successful candidate will have completed their University degree in 2017 and are thinking about their next step. The ideal candidates will have drive and enthusiasm and can demonstrate a strong academic track record. Ideally to apply for one a training role you will have achieved, 2.1 in your degree or equivalent, although the subject of your degree is not important. It is also beneficially if you have A/B grades at both GCSE and A Levels. The main intake is in July/August each year but the company, from time to time, employee trainee's mid-year. Excellent support and training is provided that will help you develop the skills you need to succeed as a professional and to progress until you realise your full potential.
