We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced and motivated Executive Assistant to provide senior secretarial and admin support to two senior level Directors within a local organisation.

We are looking for an enthusiastic individual with excellent organisational, time management and prioritisation skills to undertake this role. The post will be extremely busy, with a variety of work, and can be challenging.

Successful candidates will need to show that they can work flexibly as part of the wider Secretarial and Administration Team, supporting colleagues across multiple sites as necessary, and demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills in order to effectively communicate with senior colleagues and/or stakeholders both internally and externally.

The successful candidate will possess strong IT skills together with an eye for detail and the ability to work unsupervised. Previous audio and direct dictation experience will be required along with accurate and quick typing levels.

Key responsibilities include the full range of confidential secretarial and administrative duties, including:

- Complex diary and travel management
- Customer Service support to all incoming enquiries to the department
- Preparation and circulation of agendas and papers.
- Production of accurate minutes and following up actions working to tight deadlines.
- Utilisation of efficient forward planning skills in order to provide a responsive administrative support service.

The post is offered as a full time, temporary position initially for a month with the potential to be extended after this time. The post holder will potentially be required to travel and work between sites across Somerset.

Rate of pay is GBP9.00 - GBP11.00 per hour depending on experience and will be working 37 hours per week, 8.30am - 5pm Monday to Friday
