Our well established client is based in Holsworthy, Devon and has over 60 staff who together provide a variety of organisations with customer service assessments by phone, face-to-face, email/website evaluation, or any combination of these.
They are looking to recruit a Client Services Manager (CSM) who is responsible for project managing some of their existing clients' programmes on a day to day basis as well as managing a small team.
CSMs typically manage a team of 2-3 Client Services Administrators and together the team is responsible for posting assignments on their online system, contacting successful mystery shoppers to check that they are fully briefed, available where appropriate and confirm dates. They monitor each mystery shop to ensure it has been carried out as specified and then quality check shoppers' reports, which have to be approved and signed off before they are made available to the client.
All of the mystery shopping programmes are designed to meet their clients' specific requirements. Some programmes are one-off and some are repeated on a regular basis. Clients include shopping centres, independent stores and chains of retailers, health clubs, restaurants, banks, insurance companies, estate agents, public transport providers, energy providers and local government.

Full time, 37.5 hours a week Mon-Fri. Starting salary £19,300 pa
